Everything in here exists to get you from “I have a feeling” to a recorded entry.

And then to show you what happened to it. Ten things ship today; none of this is a roadmap.

Voice journaling

One tap, then talk.

The record button is the first thing on the screen and the only thing you have to find. Prompts are optional — swipe past them, or tap “just speak freely” and start.

  • Prompts woven from your own parts and people, rotating daily
  • A prompt you don’t want asked again is one tap from gone
  • Recording keeps running while you switch tabs; a docked bar keeps the stop button reachable

IFS parts

A cast that builds itself.

Parts arrive from what you actually said. Each gets a role from the IFS taxonomy, a description in your own vocabulary, and a list of every entry it spoke in.

  • Rename any part — it’s your inner language, not ours
  • “These two might be the same part” — merge suggestions you can accept or undo
  • Self is never catalogued as a part. It isn’t one.

People and mentions

The people, pets, places and situations that come up — with the detected relationship and how warm or tense you sound toward each.

Insights

Observations drawn across entries, each openable as a prompt you can record against on the spot.

Honest progress

Every entry moving through analysis is visible, stage by stage — including the ones that fail, and what to do about them.

Transcription on your phone

A speech model runs on the device, so the recording never has to leave. Some builds can also offer cloud transcription; when they do, you choose it during onboarding or in Settings.

Quiet reminders

A check-in around 7:30am on weekdays, if you want it. Your time, your weekdays, off by default.

Privacy controls

App lock, a plain-language account of what happens to your data, and full export whenever you want it.
