Meet your parts

You are many parts.

A voice journal that listens for the parts of you that keep showing up — the manager, the exile, the firefighter — and shows you how they move together over weeks, not just minutes.

In private beta. At launch, your first five entries are free. Your words are never used to train AI.

How it works

Speak, then listen.

  1. Record

Talk freely, for a minute or an hour.

  2. Transcribe

We turn your voice into text. Never used to train AI.

  3. Reflect

AI gently names the parts it hears.

  4. Return

Revisit them. Get to know them over time.

What it keeps for you

Four things, kept carefully.

Entries

What you said, in your own words, with the filler and false starts tidied.

Parts

The recurring inner voices your entries reveal — each with a role, a description, and a history of when it spoke.

Mentions

The people, pets, places and situations that come up, with the detected relationship and how warm or tense you sound toward each.

Insights

Observations drawn across entries rather than from any single one.

Connection
Your sister and the quiet part

The Withdrawer has appeared in three entries where she is mentioned.

Speaking beats typing

A person mid-feeling will talk for four minutes and will not type for four minutes. Removing the keyboard removes most of the reason entries don’t get written.

The pattern is the product

A notebook doesn’t notice that the voice you called “the planner” in March is the same one you called “the fixer” in June. The catalog built across entries is what compounds.

No streaks, no scores

We removed the streak counter on purpose. A chain mechanic pressures you to journal — which is exactly the manager-part bait this work is meant to loosen.

Your data

Private in a way most apps are not.

This is therapy material. That constrains what the product may do with it — which is why the privacy posture is a feature here rather than a policy page.

Transcribe on your phone

Transcription runs on your device. Your recording never has to leave the phone.

Locked behind your device lock

App lock is one toggle. When GoodParts returns to the foreground, your face, fingerprint or device passcode is required before entries open.

Take all of it with you

Full export of every entry, part, mention and insight. No tier gate on leaving.

Pricing

Your first five entries are free.

Five entries is enough to find out whether being read back to yourself is something you want. After that, one plan, two ways to pay. Prices apply at launch.

Every plan unlocks the same two things: speak as often as you need, and every entry read for the parts inside it. Full pricing details.

For clinicians

Something for the six days between sessions.

GoodParts is not therapy and does not pretend to be. It is a structured record a client can bring in — named parts, dated appearances, the language they actually used.
